  • “While demand softened month over month, the story is different looking at year-over-year numbers. Compared to last year, the Demand Index increased 29.1 percent in November.”

Summary, the market has lots of buyers looking to make a move but not enough inventory for those buyers to find what they are looking for.  This is great news for sellers in 2018.  If you get  your property listed now and beat the rush of spring sellers your property will sell faster and for a higher profit because there just as much competition.  Are you ready?  We are here to help!  We are scheduling FREE listing consultations now!  Let's chat.  785-213-5188 or email preferredadvisorsteam@gmail.com
