International Women's Day

Women represent roughly 65% of the U.S. residential real estate workforce, according to the 2021 National Association of REALTORS® Member Profile, and the share of females in the industry is on a steady climb.
Real estate "back in the day" was very much a male-dominated industry. There's nothing wrong with change! Real estate is a highly emotional industry. It's a lot more than pretty houses and opening doors. It's scary, uncertain, and stressful with a big splash of rewarding, fun, and memorable. Congrats to the women leading the industry while managing home, family, and tons of paperwork. You Rock!
