As a Buyer Specialist for Preferred Advisors, Cari’s path to Real Estate went from working in a corporate setting, to realizing that she wanted to use her passion for teaching and working with people in a different, and more flexible way. Taking the time to get to know you, to talk about your needs in a home, in addition to staying on top of what is happening in the real estate market in order to educate clients is Cari’s priority. Finding that perfect home for you and your family is what she is most excited about.
Cari’s background is diverse, starting with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Washburn University, followed by a Master of Liberal Arts in Literature, and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Baker University. She is dedicated to educating others, and has also taught English for Allen Community College for several years. Cari wants to teach her clients what she knows about the home buying process in order to make your experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
In her world outside of real estate, Cari and her husband, Mike, are the parents to four ultra-active children: Allison, Cooper, Jackson, and Owen. The perk of having such a big family is that she gets to be a “Soccer-Dance-Basketball-Football-Baseball-Triathlon-Track-Swim-Mom,” so she can often be found on the sidelines of games or in a dance studio or auditorium when she is not working with clients. When that elusive thing called “free time” pops up, she loves to cook, read, and spend some time pursuing random Pinterest projects.
