Prior to joining the Preferred Advisors team, I worked for the Department of Labor and some years later accepted a position as the office manager of a company that provides assisted living services to adults with physical and intellectual challenges. It was a very rewarding position and I still help them out when I can. But, seeking full-time work with an opportunity to build my knowledge in real estate, I chose to make a career path change and joined a team that has taught me the true meaning of teamwork, and I’m proud to say I’m part of such an admirable team. The Preferred Advisors team has receptive views I support and believe in. Being part of a team that seeks and accepts ideas on how to enhance and develop as a team, has always been an ambition of mine.

When I’m not working for my team, I’m usually doing homework or the most important task of my day, handling mom duties. I’m a mom of three awesome kiddos, and I’m also a non traditional full-time student attending Allen County Community College. I have one more semester to complete and I will have my associates degree in Arts. Even though I’m a full-time student and work full-time, I’m always sure to make quality time for my kids and all of their events. I believe success is measured by the number of smiles in your day, so my biggest goals in life are to live every day with a smile, try often to make someone smile, and truly enjoy life. I have a passion for helping others and am honored with every opportunity to do so. I also can’t deny my love for cooking… well, and eating (smiles). I’m sure if asked, my kids would say cooking’s one of their favorite qualities of mine. One of my greatest achievements in life was, instilling my compassion for all lives in my kids and I hope it only continues to grow, as it does in me. There is always room for improvement and being with the Preferred Advisors team, a company which shares those values, means a lot to me.
